Kakao Page has been merged with Kakao M.Through the merger, Kakao Entertainment has secured all the value chains of content and platforms.The calculation is to secure both the global platform market and the content market by putting all the value chains in the company from content intellectual property rights to planning, production and distribution to OTT.

With the merger of Kakao Page and Kakao M, Kakao Entertainment is under internal discussion over various plans, including listing in Korea and overseas.We are going to apply for a preliminary listing examination in the first half of next year and expect to be listed in the second half of next year.When it is listed in the second half of the year, it is estimated that the value of the company is about 12 trillion won.
